No Dental Insurance? No Problem! We offer a monthly or an annual membership program, so you can choose which works best for you.
We offer both a monthly and an annual membership program option, so you can choose which plan works best for you! For our patients without insurance, we’ve launched our membership club to simplify payments for preventive care. Our loyal members also save money on treatment.
In-Office Health Savings Plan
Our office understands the financial burden of not having dental insurance, especially when they are presented with unforeseen dental expenses. That’s why we offer an in-office health savings plan, which functions similar to insurance. This in-office plan has an annual rate and is a more affordable option for adults and children.
The plan includes:
- 2 Regular Dental Check-Ups: includes exams, digital x-rays (if necessary), dental cleaning, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction, periodontal evaluation and a TMJ screening.
- Unlimited Emergency Visits: Problem-focused Exam Single X-Ray (if necessary)
- Up to 20% Discount off our Usual and Customary Fee: A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures.
Payment Options & Cancellations
We accept credit and debit cards payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as Care Credit (see below).
If you miss an appointment, it will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Whether you use your healthcare credit card to cover your deductible, or to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance, CareCredit removes financial barriers and makes it possible for people to get the care they need, when they need it. We realize that health insurance can add up with deductibles, co-payments and charges disallowed by your health insurance company. Lending Point is a personal loan or medical loan that can help you pay off your dental expenses such as Invisalign, and can be very beneficial if you’re planning a series of medical procedures. We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. We accept most dental insurance plans and are participating providers with the following:
Since insurance can be confusing, we ask that you call or contact us with specific questions. We are happy to provide you a complimentary review of your dental benefits.
Because insurance policies vary, we can only give an estimate of your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.
Please keep in mind that your dental insurance is an agreement between two parties – you and your provider. We utilize our intraoral camera to send proof of diagnosis and treatment to your provider, however, any disputes or limitations as to what your provider will cover is up to you to work out with them. We will be happy to estimate any balances that will be due or any fees prior to you selecting your treatment. If you have any questions our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
